Are UTM parameters case-sensitive? +
Yes. In analytics reports, "Facebook" and "facebook" are counted as two different sources. Keep everything lowercase — the "Force lowercase" option does this for you.
What is utm_id for? +
utm_id ties a click to a specific campaign in GA4, so you can import cost and impression data from ad platforms and see true ROAS inside Analytics. It is optional but powerful for GA4 users.
Does TrackRight capture these automatically? +
Yes. Once a visitor lands with UTM parameters, TrackRight captures them on every event it forwards to your ad platforms — no extra setup needed.
Why replace spaces with underscores? +
Spaces become %20 in URLs, which looks messy and can break some tools. Underscores keep campaign names readable in reports.
